Tasting Notes
Aromas of black cherries, wild blackberries, Damson plums, crème de cassis, and spiced currants permeate the air once the wine splashes in the glass. Additional layers of black raspberries, cocoa powder, tobacco, and hints of clove evolve effortlessly, leading into a complex mid-palate full of dark fruits, warm spices, and sweet cream. Smooth and polished tannins linger softly on the finish, highlighting this inaugural blend that reinforces the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
