TASTING NOTES

Cultivated in the rugged, high-altitude terrain of Marchini Ranch, this Grenache-based blend captures the raw beauty and distinctive personality of its mountainous origin. On the nose, vivid aromas of wild strawberries, black raspberries, crushed rock, rose petals, clove, incense, bay leaf, and spiced cherry unfold with striking complexity. The palate follows with plush layers of summer berries, kirsch, strawberry preserves, and dried sage, underpinned by delicate hints of slate. As the fruit slowly yields, a vibrant minerality emerges, supported by fine-grained tannins and a whisper of acidity that lends lift and elegance to the lingering, polished finish.
